We believe that life change happens best in the context of relationships. That’s why Life Groups exist—to help people engage in authentic community. At Grace, we believe God has a unique role for each of us in the church, and Life Group Leaders play a vital part in partnering with pastors and staff to care for our people. As a Life Group Leader, your primary role is to guide group members in taking meaningful steps forward in their walk with God.
