Are you currently serving on the ONETeam—or ready to take your first step into serving and leadership at Grace? Join us for our Grace Summer Leadership Life Groups, designed to grow your leadership and deepen your impact. We can’t wait to see how God grows you through these summer sessions!
At this session, we will cover the Leader to Coach segment of the Grace Leadership curriculum.
Coaches oversee entire ministry areas, mentoring leaders and guiding multiple teams. Learn how to lead through leaders and support large volunteer networks.
Required reading: Extreme Ownership, Jocko Willink and Leif Babin
We will be meeting in the Youth Loft.
